Karlsberg AS was founded in the early 1960's as a pioneer manufacturer of HF-welded PVC. Since then the production has turned more into the graphic and display branch. In 2002 the company decided to move all production to Saldus in Latvia, and established SIA Karlsberg. By 2003 all production in Norway was closed and all capital assets were transferred to this company.
