Clean Industrial Solutions Holding AS (CIS Holding) is a Norwegian energy group with ownership of development projects in renewable energy and sustainable industry. The company’s primary activity is associated with its project company, CIS Liapaja SIA (CIS), located in Latvia.

Our Business
CIS aims to produce green hydrogen based on renewable energy sources, including hydroelectricity, wind power, and solar energy. CIS has secured land in the Liepaja Special Economic Zone for the establishment of facilities to produce green hydrogen at the Port of Liepaja.

The state-owned high-voltage power grid company, Augstsprieguma Tīkls AS (AST), will ensure that CIS has access to up to 1,000 MW of power. This will be accomplished through the construction of three new 330 kV power lines from Grobine to the project site in the port.
