Biedrība Centrs MARTA (MARTA Centre)

MARTA Centre, established in May 2000, is Latvia's only women’s rights advocacy nonprofit. It provides social, legal, and psychological support to adult victims of violence and human trafficking, along with assistance for women and children in vulnerable situations. MARTA runs youth programs to prevent violence and trains educators. Committed to gender equality, the organization drives social change by influencing policy, raising public awareness, and drawing inspiration from global advocacy efforts.
