Norway Grants Green Business and Innovation Programme

The Programme Agreement for the Norway Grants Green Business and Innovation Programme has been signed, making €32.54 million available for green and digital innovation, new products and technologies, stronger business competitiveness, and the remediation of a contaminated site in the Liepāja Special Economic Zone. Of the total programme funding, €27.69 million comes from the Norway Grants.

The programme will be managed by LIAA together with Innovation Norway, with three business project calls planned for 2027. Cooperation with Norwegian partners will be encouraged, helping connect expertise, technology and innovative ideas across our two countries.
