Check out the webinar "Understanding the Norwegian Business Culture", which will take place on Friday, May 12, from 10:00 to 11:00 (EEST). Our panel of experts will share their insights and experiences, providing valuable information as well as tips & tricks on how to succeed in building partnerships with Norwegian partners and clients.

The main goals of a webinar on Norwegian business culture were:

To provide participants with an understanding of the key aspects of Norwegian culture that are relevant to doing business in Norway and working with Norwegian colleagues and partners (driving values, main principles in business, management practices & communication style etc.);
To help participants develop strategies for building relationships and successful business partnerships in Norway;
To provide insights into Latvian and Norwegian economic relations, market trends, and regulatory environment, and opportunities for closer cooperation.

Ginta Tropa is the Executive Director of NCCL since April 2026, having a broad range of experience in the cultural and creative industries sectors. Over the course of her career, she has developed particular expertise in Nordic–Baltic cooperation and international event management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interregional Cultural Relationships with Norway and a Master of Arts in Cultural Management from the Latvian Academy of Culture, as well as Master of Business Administration from Riga Business School and studied Norwegian language and literature at the University of Oslo.
