May 17 Celebration + Norway & Latvia Ice Hockey Game

On May 17, Norway celebrates its Constitution Day. This year, the May 17 celebration will be a little extra special, as on that date the national ice-hockey teams of Norway and Latvia will be competing in Rīga at the 2023 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship. The game will take place at Arena Riga, located at Skanstes iela 21 in Riga with the start time at 16:20.
