Director
Ginta Tropa is the Executive Director of NCCL since April 2026, having a broad range of experience in the cultural and creative industries sectors. Over the course of her career, she has developed particular expertise in Nordic–Baltic cooperation and international event management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interregional Cultural Relationships with Norway and a Master of Arts in Cultural Management from the Latvian Academy of Culture, as well as Master of Business Administration from Riga Business School and studied Norwegian language and literature at the University of Oslo.
