Starting this week, the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia will be Chaired by Matīss Kukainis, the founding partner of Spīgulis & Kukainis Law firm, who has a been elected member of the NCCL board since 2017 and for the past year as served as the NCCL Vice-Chairman.
