Last Moment to Disclose True Beneficiaries to Avoid Closure

It is the last month for Latvia-registered companies with foreign capital to disclose to the Latvian Register of Enterprises their ultimate beneficial owners to avoid being removed from the register. According to the Register of Enterprises, to this day around 900 companies in Latvia with non-resident shareholders have not complied with the request by the state authorities to disclose their true beneficiaries, risking being closed down by the autorities....
