Employees arriving from abroad and without symptoms of a respiratory infection will not be required to undergo a 14-day self isolation, according to a decree issued by Economics Minister Janis Vitenbergs (KPV LV).
Foreigners who arrive in Latvia for work will not have to undergo the self isolation period if they arrive without symptoms of a respiratory infection. The Latvian company who
receives the employee will have to submit a document to the Latvian Investments and Development Agency that the foreigner is not infected with Covid-19 and will follow all restriction and regulations related with the state of emergency in Latvia.
