" organized by NCCL together with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia.
The webinar will feature two speakers - Snorre Karkkonen Svensson, Founder and Co-Owner of the House of Languages, and Thomas Danielsen, CEO and Owner of Super Duper SIA, who will present critical aspects in understanding Norwegians as partners and clients, and present the best tools and platforms for engaging them! Each speaker will provide a brief presentation (15 min), followed by Q&A session and discussion.
Snorre Karkkonen Svensson is founding member and co-owner of House of Languages, an organisation with the mission to create positive change through language. House of Languages organises language courses and testing, offers translation services, is involved in book publishing, houses a linguistic library and mini book store, and organises cultural events connected to language. Snorre has educational background in Baltic and Nordic studies and second language acquisition from universities in Norway, Germany and Latvia. He has taught Norwegian in Latvia since 1997, worked as interpreter and translator between Latvian, Lithuanian and Norwegian, and has experience in language-related business since 2003, giving language services and consultations to governmental organisations and businesses in five different countries.
Thomas Danielsen is the CEO and owner of Super Duper SIA, investing and working in mainly in two areas of business; tourism, and digital media / marketing. DMC Baltic is the tourism brand, while Fjord SEO is the media/marketing arm of the business. Since 2017 Super Duper Company been managing and growing its own digital assets (websites/services), as well as helping international businesses being found on Google (digital marketing and search engine optimization - SEO). Thomas holds three university degrees: An economics degree from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology & E-commerce from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane, Australia. And a master's degree (MSc) in International Business from ISM University of Management and Economics in Vilnius, Lithuania.
