NCCL cooperates with Innovation Norway
Following the new international presence strategy of Innovation Norway, the Baltic office in Tallinn was closed for export consulting in 2017.
NCCL is a member of FICIL
FICIL represents the largest foreign investors and chambers of commerce in Latvia. FICIL actively improves the business environment and nurtures a sustainable development of the country through active dialogue with the government. NCCL Chairman Alf Erik Lundgrenn is serving on the FICIL Board since 2015 and was re-elected to serve until 2019.
NCCL cooperates with LIAA LIAA´s is the Latvian Governments Investment and Development Agency. Their role is to facilitate foreign investment and increase the competitiveness of Latvian entrepreneurs in domestic and foreign markets. LIAA provides appropriate business services. LIAA Representative office is located in the Latvian Embassy in Oslo.

Lawyer Agnese Medne served on the NCCL Board from 2011-2014 and has provided us with legal services since then. Glimstedt is specialized in commercial law, financial law, intellectual property law, competition law, civil law, labour law and administrative law.
NCCL´s accountant is Leinonen Group
Leinonen provides accounting and consulting services in 10 countries, and in Latvia they offer also auditing services. Leinonen has up-to-date knowledge of taxation, financial legislation, requirements of local authorities, and is one of few accounting service providers in Latvia holding the ISO 9001:2008 management quality certificate.
